Peltier, Angie: Walks On

MICHIGAN, Bay Mills – Traditional Native American services were held for ANGIE PELTIER, 45, on September 16, 2009, at the Migizi Cultural Center in Bay Mills. Interment followed at Mission Hill Cemetery. Angie was born January 31, 1964, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. She passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2009, in Sault Ste. Marie.

Angie enjoyed school and attended Bay Mills Community College for several years, earning her associates degree in art and social science and was only one class short of receiving her bachelors degree. She loved animals of all kinds, dancing and spending time with her family. She was a talented artist, working in Native crafts, oil painting and sketching. Other interests included nature walks and drives. Angie was a very loving daughter, mother and grandmother. She approached different aspects in life eagerly with enthusiasm.
