Foster, William S.:Walks On

NEW HAMPSHIRE, Portsmouth – A memorial service was held for WILLIAM S. FOSTER, on August 1, 2009 at the Christ Episcopal Church in Portsmouth. Bill was born May 15, 1941, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. He passed away July 1, 2009, in Portsmouth.

A member of the Klamath Indian Tribe, Bill moved to Southern California and started a Petsitting service, which he sold in 1994. He later moved to North Carolina where he had an extra-terrestial experience, which has been documented in his book “The Black Triangle”. Bill also wrote a book titled “Starting a Pet Sitting Business”. When Bill was not caring for his or others pets you could find him donating his piano skills at a local nursing facility volunteering for the NH Association for the Blind or the VA.
