Logie, Daniel Sr.: Walks On

WASHINGTON, White Swan – Funeral services for DANIEL LOGIE, SR, 74, were held September 12, 2009, at the McKinley Indian Mission Church. Daniel was born February 23, 1935 in Toppenish. He passed away September 10, 2009.

Daniel was raised and educated in the Yakima Valley; graduating from White Swan High School. He attended trade school in Tacoma where he became a certified welder. Mr. Logie served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked as a commercial fisherman for 30 years in Alaska and retired as a school bus driver for the Yakama Nation Tribal School.
