A Sacaton man has been sentenced to seven years in federal prison for selling crack cocaine on the Gila River Indian Community.

He was charged with conspiring to possess cocaine base with the intent to distribute and possession of cocaine base with the intent to distribute.

Undercover agents say they bought crack cocaine from Pratt in October 2009.

Authorities say Pratt was on warrant status for more than 18 months before he was arrested in January 2011.

They say Pratt was pulled over for a traffic violation in December 2008 and officers found more than 25 grams of crack cocaine in his possession along with nearly $1,500 in cash.
