Tonkawa man sentenced to nearly 6 years for infants death

A man has been sentenced to nearly six years in prison for the death of his infant daughter.
Joseph Moses Begs-His-Own of Tonkawa was convicted of voluntary manslaughter for the death of his 3-month-old daughter.
Evidence showed she died of severe head trauma.
Begs-His-Own lived on Tonkawa Tribal land at the Fort Oakland Indian Housing Area.
He was sentenced to 70 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release.
