Woman killed in crash east of Hardin

Billings, Montana (AP) January 2011

The Montana Highway Patrol says a vehicle went off Secondary 384 east of Hardin, killing a 27-year-old Crow Agency woman and injuring a Missoula man believed to be the driver.

The patrol says the two were westbound shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday when the pickup drifted off the right side of the road. The driver overcorrected to the left, causing the vehicle to skid across the road into a ditch.

The pickup rolled twice and both occupants were ejected.

The woman was killed and the 27-year-old man was taken to Indian Health Services with unknown injuries.

Their names have not been released.
